Sick of Being Stressed and Tired but Don’t Know How to Meditate Properly?

Hey, Anthony here. Welcome to my little site on stress reduction. If you are have well fed up with all the stress and anxiety in your life which I totally understand because I have been through that terrible stage in my life too. You also might be wondering if meditation is the way to reducing your stress too. You might be skeptical or you might be a believer in such things but the only way to see if it really works for you is to try!
That is the problem though, how the heck do you really “get” meditation. I have written many articles and blog posts on the subject but I do still get people asking me for more details and even private coaching (one day I will put something on youtube if i ever get my webcam to work!). In any case it is not as simple as it sounds is it?
This is why I wanted to introduce you to a little meditation helper which is very cool. I have used it a bit myself and it really does help. It is called Totally Tranquil and is an audio helper for meditation based on synchronising brain waves to musical beats … or something. To be honest, I have no idea HOW it works but it is very helpful especially for beginners to meditation.
